Tyco Customer Podcast
Aplicor customers who share their successes with others offer a credible first hand account of their CRM journey that can be leveraged by their peers. In this podcast produced by Tech Target, Aplicor customer Joe Hare of Tyco describes the often times challenging process of large enterprises finding enterprise level Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM solutions. After a failed attempt, Tyco Fire and Building Products leveraged Aplicor CRM to develop a functionally rich CRM while still achieving the benefits of a SaaS delivery model.

Joe Hare is the Director of Global Applications for Tyco Fire Suppression and Building Products, a division of Tyco International. He has been in the Information Technology profession for over 23 years during which time, he has been responsible for Business Intelligence Solutions, eCommerce and Web Development and Customer Relationship Management solutions. In addition to planning the development and implementation of these solutions, his focus has largely been around the integration of these systems with core ERP solutions including JD Edwards and SAP.
