Is my information safe with Aplicor?
We believe your data is very safe with Aplicor. Our information security planning, policies and tools are mature and managed by veteran security staff. Aplicor data centers, information security and business continuity are annually audited and certified as ISO 27001 and NIST Certification and Accreditation (C&A). We are happy to share much more detail regarding this topic upon request.
How long do CRM and/or ERP software implementations take?
This is a difficult question to answer in a generic fashion. In fact, I would suggest that any generic response to this question lacks credibility. However, the variables that most influence the scope and associated time requirement for business software implementations include:

Can I integrate Aplicor Customer Relationship Management software with my internal accounting system (not with Aplicor's accounting software)?
We have used a few different approaches to integrate Aplicor CRM software with other accounting systems (e.g. Sage, Great Plains, Lawson, Oracle Financials and SAP). However, the most popular approach by far is to use our AXIOM (Aplicor XML Integration Object Model) web service. This is a loosely coupled XML web service with the many CRM to ERP integration points identified and mapped.
How do I integrate CRM software or ERP software with my legacy systems?
The AXIOM (Aplicor XML Integration Object Model) web service is our most utilized method to integrate CRM and/or ERP systems to custom client information system, client legacy applications or third party software applications. We also provide an API (application programming interface) for alternative integration approaches.
