For many CRM systems, figuring out the location of the customer can be tricky. If a system allows users to type their locations in themselves, then there is a greater chance for spelling errors and numerous other mistakes, which can greatly affect the outcome of the system, possibly causing it to not work at all. The best thing to do would be to put in a manual-entry field that ‘detects’ what someone wants to type once he/she enters the first few letters.
